What's Included

This is a private, chartered cruise.

There's a maximum of 20 guests on this private, chartered cruise, open only to Skiyentes, their friends, and family. There will be a mix of time on board the yacht, as well as time for land excursions.

Not included

Airline flights, ground transportation, dinners (other than the Captain's Dinner), and alcoholic beverages are not included (there is an optional all-inclusive drinks package). Guests are responsible for the usual: optional tours, optional tips, and trip insurance.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Our current booking is for 10 cabins, which means we can have a maximum of 20 guests so space is very limited. Registration is restricted to 2024/2025 season Skiyente members, who can bring 1 non-member guest each. Registration is considered complete when both the registration form and $500 per person deposit have been submitted.

  • Any non-current Skiyentes, including lapsed members or friends and family who aren't already a +1, can submit their registration and be added to the waitlist. If all 20 spots have not been filled by current Skiyentes as of January 31, 2025, then registration will open to the waitlist.

PRICING & PAYMENT INFO

  • Each guest must register and pay a $500 per person deposit.

  • If we do not receive registration and deposits from 20 guests (or 10 cabins) by February 7, 2025, then the trip will be cancelled and all deposits returned.

  • ​The payment schedule will include 4 dates: the initial $500 deposit due on registration, plus 3 additional payments staggered several months apart. The specific payment schedule will be posted here when finalized, and will also be communicated by email to registered guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Individual cancellations 6 - 9 months prior: if a replacement is found, there is $0 fee. If no replacement is found, then $2,200 is non-refundable.

  • Individual cancellations 3 - 6 months prior: if a replacement is found, there is $0 fee. If no replacement is found, there is no refund for a single cancellation in a double occupancy cabin; $2,800 is non-refundable for single occupancy.

  • Individual cancellations less than 3 months prior: non-refundable.

Interested in a double-occupancy room but don't have a +1?

If you'd prefer a double-occupancy cabin but don't have a +1, when you complete the registration form select the option "Double Occupancy and need a roommate". We'll do our best to match you with a roommate. In the event we cannot match you, your deposit will be returned.
